The position is to work in one of their departments taking all inbound calls from existing customers. Your role will involve providing support and guidance over the phone for all financial queries.

Ideal candidate:
-Excellent communication skills
-Good knowledge of IT 
-Positive and approachable manner
-Team player
-Previous customer service experience 
-Clear credit history & Clear criminal record
