Job Title: Chef de Partie - Outskirts of Cardiff

Location: Cardiff, South Glamorgan, CF10 1AS

Contract Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: £20,000

The role:

Take the next step in your culinary career, working as a Chef de Partie in a busy corporate hotel located in the outskirts of Cardiff.

Learning and perfecting all the sections in the kitchen, ensuring that each dish meets the quality standards that the hotel demands.

Working alongside a motivated kitchen brigade who are striving to achieve new goals and drive their F&B Sales in the right direction.

Key Information:

  • Permanent/Full Time Contract

  • Annual Salary of £20,000

  • Contracted to 40 hours a week (more paid hours available)

  • Working 5 days a week

  • Immediate Start (with a successful application)

  • 28 days holiday entitlement

Skills Required:

  • Three years' experience working at Chef de Partie level

  • Would be beneficial for your application if you have experience of cooking in hotels

  • NVQ Level 2 Food Safety/Hygiene Certificate

The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of the industry and will be competent in running all sections in the kitchen. Looking for someone with the motivation to better themselves as a Chef, with the thirst to learn and improve their culinary skills.
