Blue Arrow Bristol are currently recruiting for a permanent Complaints Handler to work in Bristol BS16.
You will be working for a Pension and Life Insurance Company.
• You will investigate the causes of customer dissatisfaction
• Resolve service complaints in line with procedures and regulatory requirements
• Identify and escalate root cause trends and issues that arise
• Experience of working in financial services organisations and/or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of complaint handling.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of complaints procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Ability to manage varying workloads and priorities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
