I am working with a world leading financial institution who are looking to add to their Underwriting team.
About the role:
You will provide Underwriting Services for many insurers within the Industry and for this role we are looking for candidates with previous experience of medical underwriting on a protection book. As an Underwriter you will ensure robust and accurate decisions are made within your authority limits and agreed service standards. You will have an excellent customer service ethos and will be part of a team that is innovative and passionate about what we do.

You'll need:
You'll have experience of the protection market and able to communicate by phone and in writing. You will have previous autonomy in this field and will be used to interpreting Underwriting Philosophies, nonstandard medical conditions and have a good understanding of commercial risk in an Underwriting context.
