My client based in Cheltenham is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to grow their existing team in an exciting period of growth for the business.

You will be tasked with dealing with in-bound telephone calls from customers regarding financial based queries. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service to my clients customers.

You will be set performance targets whilst ensuring their customers are treated in a fair and consistent manner taking into account their individual circumstances.

Key Tasks
  • Ensure that a prompt, friendly and helpful service is delivered to customers.
  • Finalise as many customer calls as possible at the first point of contact, liaising with the back office teams where necessary.
  • Take ownership of customer problems and where necessary follow a problem through.
  • Answer enquiries accurately and keep up to date with changes.
  • Must have evidence to show they have IT skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service, commitment & timekeeping skills

37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern to cover opening hours
