MINIMUM £315 PER WEEK

We are currently recruiting customer service advisers to work in a well established call centre in Preston Brook Runcorn.This is an interesting role which is a combination of telephone work and administration.
You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and complaints so empathy and rapport building skills are essential whilst actively resolving any issues and concerns they may have.

Previous experience in inbound customer service call centre is NOT essential! We are looking for people who have previous experience in customer service industries, WHO CAN APPLY THEIR PAST SKILLS TO THIS ROLE.

This is an ongoing long term role so if you need job security then this job is the right role for you!
Hours
Shifts are on a rota basis working between 6am- 11pm 5/7 days will include some weekend so flexibility is required.

You will receive a 5 week rota with shifts covering early late and core shifts working :
6am-2pm 9am-5pm 3pm-11pm - all shifts will need to be covered
Pay
£8.40 p/h  moving to £8.75 after 6 months
