What is the Job?
As first point of contact for the local authorities customers, your role as a Contact Centre Customer Advisor is to ensure our customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience. Whilst working in a legislative and policy driven framework you will use your initiative and in depth knowledge to find the appropriate solution to customer queries, balancing the requirements of the organisation and the customer. Your role is vital in achieving corporate and local performance standards and targets and will be key to identifying areas of service improvement for the customer. To respond to a wide range of other customer enquiries and requests covering a range of Council services, especially in relation to services with links to Housing and Revenues & Benefits.
These roles will be based in the Contact Centre on Temple Street in Bristol so easy to get to by Bus or train.
Pay: £10.71 per hour.
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full time, 37hrs per week
(Shift patterns are flexible to cover 8.30 - 6.30pm hours of operation)
Training: a full induction is provided, covering all aspects of the role.
