Look no further, we have an exciting opportunity which has arisen in Cheadle.
What is the role?
The role is handling with customer complaints for our client. You will be responsible for assisting the clients customers with their complaint throughout the whole process from taking the initial call to writing a bespoke letter to the customer settling the complaint. You will need to have an empathetic approach to every customer whilst staying calm and demonstrating resilience to each and every customers complaints.
What's the Pay?
The pay will start at £20,000 - £23,000 per annum however could increase if you progress with the company.
What's the hours?
Following your 4 weeks of training with the client, you will placed on a Monday - Friday rota. you will work a standard 9am - 5pm shift.
You must have a good standard of spoken and written English.
You must have at least 12months experience working as a Customer Complaints Handler in an FCA regulated environment.
