Our client is an exclusive private members club located in Epsom who are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef, you will maintain the smooth running of the kitchen and will deputise in the Head Chef's absence.

There are several food outlets within the club including a speciality Restaurant, Brasserie as well as a Gastro Pub

The job itself is an opportunity for a chef to gain experience working in an extremely prestigious place, catering for high volumes of members to the highest of standards.



The Role of a Sous Chef (Epsom):
  • Take charge of  CDP's, and Commis chefs
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Organising the kitchen

 

 What you need to get the job of a Sous Chef (Epsom):

  • Experience at Demi Sous Chef
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • First rate culinary skills
