**** HEAD CHEF ROLE EVENTS / WEDDING CATERING COMPANY ***


2 VENUES - ALTON / FARNHAM

£36K + £6K Bonus + Tronc



You will be working with this prestige event catering company looking after 2 of their venues, one being in Alton and the other being in Farnham.



You will be responsible for running their Events & Banqueting, managing 4 permanent chef members as well as 6-8 temporary members when big events are on. The main events are Weddings and they cater for around 300 per year. You will create exceptional gourmet dining experiences from a 3 course meal to a 6 course gourmet feast. Using fresh, local and seasonal menus, to attentive service and impeccable execution


You will have a conference / banqueting background and have great man management or organisational skills with a good understanding of costs.


What you need to get the job of a Head Chef:
  • Experience a within a high level banqueting environment
  • Man management skills
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • First rate culinary skills
