We are recruiting chef de partie to join a prestigious private members club located near Epsom.

As part of the busy teamyou will be working within a high pressured environment but one where you will develop quickly in your as a Chef de Partie. They deliver a range of cuisines across a number of outlets including a Brasserie, Fine Dining, Lounge and Buffet to a high calibre of clientele.

You will be encouraged to learn and develop within your career as a Chef, with many of our Chef's being entered and winning a number of Culinary completions across the UK.

Youll be working 5/7 days and earn a brilliant wage of £23k, as well as having the chance to develop and grow - this is THE opportunity to become a successful chef!!!



The Role of a Chef de Partie (Epsom):
  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene


What you need to get the job of a Chef de Partie (Epsom):
  • Experience at Demi Chef De Partie level or a commis chef looking to step up.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
