Our client is an exclusive private members club located in Epsom who are currently looking for a Chef De Partie, you will be based in one of the speciality Restaurants on site,

The job itself is an opportunity for a chef to gain experience working in an extremely prestigious place, catering for high volumes of members to the highest of standards.

You will be working alongside their solid team to produce the highest standard of culinary service, they are trying to reduce their number of split shifts down once they have a full chef brigade to limit this to 1 split shift per week.

You will work on a 5 out of 7 day rota

 

The Role of a Chef De Partie (Epsom):

  • Prepare food items required from your section to the required standards.

  • Production of sauce and stocks to required standards.

  • Train and develop the commis and trainees that work under your supervision.

  • Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and appearance.


 What you need to get the job of a Chef De Partie (Epsom):

  • Experience at Commis / Chef De Partie level
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • First rate culinary skills
