Role Overview:

Recruiting a passionate and talented Commis Chef for a well-established Garden Centre located on the outskirts of Farnham, Surrey to join their brigade.


The Restaurant has recently undergone a massive refurbishment and now boasts 250 seats, the head chef and his team offer a wonderful selection of freshly prepared food, from sumptuous baguettes, crisp salads, delicious homemade soups, mouth-watering chef's specials to roast of the day from our carvery and a superb selection of hot and cold desserts.


You will work 5 out of 7 days working straight shifts mainly 9am until 5pm.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Commis Chef (Farnham):


- Implement Health & Safety legislation and COSHH at all times


- Washing up and cleaning of the kitchen


- Preparation of food for large volumes of customers


- Being organised and working as part of a team


- Making sure everything is clean and ready to use


What you need to be successful in the Commis Chef role (Farnham):


- Past experience of being a chef desirable


- Good communication skills


- Works well under pressure


- NVQ's or equivalent desirable
