Recruiting a talented and passionate Head Chef for a modern Restaurant located in Woking to enhance their Brigade and manage and motivate the team to drive business needs forward.

This high standard Restaurant serves contemporary British cuisine to rosette standard and also offers gastro pub/Bistro style lunch and more informal fine dining in the evening using all seasonal fresh produce including breads and Pastry. Also offering BBQ's outside in the summer.

The establishment also boasts a small number of B&B rooms, caters for various functions throughout the year such as weddings and exclusive hire up to 60 guests.

As the Head chef you be in charge of the team as well as providing menu design and managing the GP and costing of all menus as required.

The Role:
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Develop and train the other chefs
  • Will deputise in the head chef's absence
The Requirements:
  • Experience at Head Chef level with a high quality Restaurant or Gastro Pub environment
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
  • Passionate about food
