Customer Service Advisor

A client of Blue Arrow are looking for someone to join their customer service team, based in Cheltenham. This is a full time position, working on shift patterns from Monday to Saturday.


This position will initially be on a temporary basis, with this company actively looking to take on those who show an aptitude for the position, directly.


With training provided, you will be able to:

  • Help and support customers with their requests effectively and professionally
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of products, systems and services
  • Use company systems to enable you to handle customer information, and collect the necessary information to help the customers and back office


You will need to be confident and approachable with customers, and to have a desire to help those in need. The aims of this company are to enable their employees to learn and develop, providing progression opportunities for those who are motivated and aspirational.

You must have a C+ in Maths and English to GCSE level
