Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate and efficient customer service to all Train Station customers

  • Respond to a range of customer, queries for example questions about which bus to board as a train replacement

  • Mann the height restriction barrier throughout the day and traffic management

  • Shift Patterns (08:30 - 16:30/ 15:30-23:30/ 13:30-23:45)

Skills required:

  • Strong Customer Service skills

  • Ability to manoeuvre a height restriction barrier which sits at 5ft 6ft high

  • Ability to work as part of a team
