Are you a passionate, experienced Chef/Cook seeking a role which offers a fantastic work/life balance?

A prestigious Nursing Home, situated in the beautiful village of Nether Wallop, near Stockbridge, where they provide premium quality care for the elderly.

The Company pride themselves in consistently providing top class restaurant quality food for the residents and their guests, using the finest fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. For the Chefs this means that they are able to bring their passion for fine food to life, whilst enjoying the variety of working with a regularly changing menu and exceeding the client's expectations. In addition they provide Fine Dining Events and Summer Luncheons for the residents, which showcase the skill of the gifted kitchen team.

They have an opportunity for a talented Chef/Cook to join the friendly, dedicated kitchen team. You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation and with meeting the high standards of quality, customer service and food delivery.
Deputising for the Head Chef in her absence, you will have strong people skills and be a genuine team player. You will be well organised, dependable, adaptable and have the ability to juggle priorities.

In return they offer excellent working hours on a rota basis but in the main the hours are:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm, Weekend off - 30 hours

Week 2 - Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday 8am to 2pm,Wednesday & Thursday Off, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 7pm - 50 hours

They can offer you a competitive hourly rate of £9.18 per hour
