Sous Chef - Amport - Pub - £24k + 3k Tips + FREE LIVE IN



The Role:



Gastro Pub which serves delicious Modern Traditional British food. The Restaurant uses the best produce available from local suppliers, with seasonal changes. The gastro pub is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their strong brigade.



Great Salary of up to £24,000 per annum + great tips at around £3k per year and FREE LIVE IN if required. 5 out of 7 days - various shifts.



Due to location Transport is ESSENTIAL!!



Your main responsibilities will include:



" Producing dishes to meet the required standard

" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene



What you need to get the job:



" Experience as a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef

" Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 or Equivalent but not Essential

" Passionate about food

" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
