The Company



Whether you choose to have a table in the restaurant or bar, the menu reflects the passion about seasonal, local and fresh produce. You can be sure to find Pub classics but they also like the dishes to reflect seasonal availability.

The clients have their own kitchen and herb garden which the chefs just love and customers appreciate it too. They also offer gluten and dairy free options and the staff and chefs are able to advise on menu choices to suit your special dietary requirements.



Required Experience



As Chef you will be required to have previous experience within a similar role, You will need to have a background working with fresh food and be aware of all the health and safety/food safety legislation's practiced in working kitchens. Qualifications to an NVQ level 2 or city and guilds equivalent is also preferred but not essential.





The Reward:



  • Working 5/7 days, 45-48hrs a week,
  • 4 x split shift and 1 x day shift on Sunday
  • 2 days off plus Sunday night off!!!
  • Up to £24k per annum depending on level & experience
