Chef de Partie - £21K + Tips - Hotel - Southampton Outskirts

The role:

A leading player in the Hospitality Industry is looking for an experienced Chef to join their large brigade on the outskirts of Southampton. The Hotel restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh dishes served daily, catering for functions throughout the year. This company also offers excellent career opportunities for you to develop your career.

The Client is looking for a Chef de Partie and you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days - various shifts on a minimum of 40/50 hour per week.

Due to the location on the outskirts of Southampton a CAR IS ESSENTIAL!

Live in accommodation is available!!!!

Your main responsibilities as Chef de Partie will include:

  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Working with the other Chefs in the Kitchen

What you need to be a successful Chef de Partie:

  • Experience at Chef de Partie level
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent preferred but not essential.
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • High Volume Cooking Experience
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
