Food is homemade and locally sourced. Offering lunch, dinner and bar snack menus so there is always something to tickle your fancy. Roast dinners are available every Sunday, and don't forget to try a special from the blackboards- once it's gone, it's gone! Real ales will change regularly so there is always something new to try from local breweries.5 letting rooms all en-suite and with TV, tea/coffee making facilities and 24-hour access via a separate staircase.
Under new management since January 2017, plans to refurbish the bar and restaurant area.
- Working 5 out of 7 Days - 40/48 Hours per week - Various Shifts
- Average of 50/60 Covers daily
Your main responsibilities as Commis/Demi Chef will include:
" Assisting in running a section within the kitchen
" Producing dishes to meet the required standard
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
What you need to get the job as a Commis/Demi Chef:
" Experience at a commis chef or Demi Chef
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent is advantageous
" Experience cooking with fresh produce
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
" Salary of £15,000/£17,000 per annum + share of weekly tips +
Live in Accommodation if required
