Lovely private vegetarian boarding school looking for a sous chef/cook with experience of working in a similar environment or in restaurants/outside caterers. Experience in a vegetarian kitchen is not essential as training will be given, but a solid repertoire of healthy dishes would be an advantage.
He/she will report to the Head Chef.
He/she must have an excellent command of English, written and spoken, and have good communication skills. Food hygiene certificate required.
37.5 hours & Predominately Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, full time. Immediate start.
8am-3.30pm, 52 weeks per year with an entitlement of Holiday of 5.6 weeks.
110/130 - Average Covers
DBS clearance will be required.
Salary up to £20,000 depending on experience
