Situated in a lovely location on the outskirts of Winchester. The extensive and imaginative menu is ever-changing, using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Proud to serve homemade food, freshly prepared in the kitchen. Owned by a large Pub Group in the South Coast so plenty of opportunities for progression and growth.

Care essential due to location!!

Required Experience for Sous Chef (Sparsholt)

  • Previous experience within a similar role preferred but now essential.

  • Fresh Food experience

  • Health & Safety/Food Safety legislation's awareness.

  • Qualifications to an NVQ level 2 or city and guilds equivalent are preferred.
