Administrator required for exciting opportunity based in Reading, Berkshire for an international financial services organisation on a full time basis.

9-5.30 Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
Good public transport connections
£9.00 per hour

Job Spec
Processing and checking of claim payments and general correspondence/enquires.
Contact customers by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter to efficiently resolve queries/obtain required information.
Deal with customer data, ethically and in accordance with FSA requirements.
Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve processes and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve agreed performance levels
Act as a good team player, participating willingly and acting in support of the team.

Education required:
GCSE's grade C or equivalent.

Knowledge required:
Good communication and mathematical reasoning skills
Good PC skills

Desired Experience:
FP1 desirable
Previous experience in Financial Services industry advantageous
