The role:

 We have a fantastic opportunity based in Newark working for Vodafone, if you are you customer focused, enjoy talking to people and can you handle difficult situations this role is for you. The operation requires you to be on phones customer focused, therefore you will need customer skills. You will be setting up customers on the new system so you will be required to have great attention to detail while be able to data input. You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers as you will be taking calls from Vodafone's co-operate customers that your need support and help with their call management systems.

Key information:

•             Immediate start for the successful candidate
•             Fixed term contract for 4 Months
•             Monday - Friday working pattern
•             8am - 4pm, 10am till 6pm with break time


Key responsibilities include:

•             Call Handling, Inbound calls.
•             Data Inputting
•             Provide specialist support on VBM online services  & analytics (using billing structure & billing                    data knowledge)
•             Problem solve data related Queries, Via email, telephone or instant messaging
•             Processing requests
•             Customer service
•             Assist with creating, amending and deleting users from VCO and VBM by working emails                          received from customer services
•             Expert understanding of complex billing structures & hierarchies
•             Good understanding of billing data presentation & be able to analyse/provide comparisons
•             Knowledge & understanding of VBM and VC0   

  • Ability to work as a team

Skills required:

•             Strong computer Skills, with Knowledge of Microsoft.
•             Quick outgoing learners to get up to speed quickly (Someone who is eager to learn and a self-                   starter)
•             Customer service background in a call centre or high paced roles
•             Have attention to detail as this will involve data inputting from the clients and setting the clients                 up on a new system.
•             Consistently positive, resilient and engaging ·
•             Empathetic and able to build rapport quickly ·
•             Determined to continuously deliver and succeed
