Portal Management Coordinator

Salary up to 22k based at our Blue Arrow Luton Head Office with parking and Cafe onsite

New opportunity to conduct administrative duties for our Blue Arrow National Account Team, including Training, Compliance, vacancy administration and auditing. You will be supporting our branches and consultants with the daily running of the National Account whilst ensuring service excellence by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture. To ensure that Blue Arrows values are reflected in every activity and that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue Arrow.

Key Responsibilities:

The role can be specialised in two key areas - Support and Administration and as such the role can vary in required activity.

Support


  • Ensure National Account vacancies are vended to branch level


  • Self-bill system support , to set up new users and arrange 121 training requirements for Client self-bill systems


  • Self-bill training champion


  • Support the branches with queries through intranet and correct National Account Manager


  • Audit and Compliance requirements for national Account clients


  • Report on vended opportunities and cascade information to National Account Manager



 

Administration


  • Ensure knowledge is up to date with all system changes for assigned self-bill clients


  • Ensure all enquires are logged and responded too within timeframes - or cascaded to National Account Managers if needed.


  • To remotely Audit and check compliance of National Account clients within their parameters throughout the year.


  • Feedback to National Account Mangers any recurring challenges with Self bill usage


  • Review and control the users on the self-bill systems through the attrition and on boarding process

Person Specification:


  • PC literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook)


  • Flexible - prepared to work varying shift patterns and the ability to travel


  • Knowledge of Payment systems and recruitment


  • Good at building rapport and relationships, with the ability to deal with people at all levels of a company


  • Strong customer service skills


  • Attention to detail


  • Numerate


  • Driven by performance and results
