At Blue Arrow we have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our established team of high performing consultants in Birmingham.

The desk will incorporate temporary candidates and vacancies within the industrial sector. This is the perfect opportunity to join Blue Arrow, one of the UK`s largest and most successful recruitment organisations and an opportunity to work within our busy, high street branch in Birmingham city centre.

As a recruitment consultant within our Birmingham branch you will play a key role in building relationships with both client companies and candidates. Not only matching skills on a CV, but developing a deep understanding of client culture and their staffing requirements.

We are looking for someone with a strong sales or recruitment background.

The role of a Consultant

Sales
-Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients within Birmingham and the Midlands area.
-Manage and maintain a accurate client database and a programmed tele-sales campaign, including lead/prospect qualification, appointment making and business generation
-Promote all available employees through proactive candidate marketing calls
-Enhance the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded for action in line with the company business development plan

Recruitment
-Candidate attraction by marketing and advertising the Blue Arrow brand, your services and positions available.
-Source CVs, screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible workers.

Service
-Maintain an accurate database by regularly updating employee and client profiles through a structured contact management approach
-Obtain full booking details and person specifications from relevant clients in order to maximise each opportunity for candidate placements
-Ensure all clients have signed COBs and that all rates are in line with Blue Arrow expectations
-Proactively match employees to client bookings


Whilst Recruitment experience is essential. We are keen to hear from those individuals who have a genuine desire to embark on a career in the Recruitment Industry and are strong business developers from any market sector, ideally with sales (B2B) experience.
