So what is the job?
The Coordinator role can be specialised in three key areas - Recruitment, Service and Administration and as such the role can vary in required activity.
You will be someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a busy environment dealing with a variety of people throughout the day.
You will build relationships with your flexible workers.
You will source, screen and match applicants and candidates to the requirements of our on-site client.
You will ensure the highest standard of compliance and client & candidate service.
Ideal for those with or without a recruitment background - this will suit those ideally with experience within Office/admin/recruitment.
Competitive salary of £16,000 - £20,000 per annum.
