INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CALL CENTER ROLE
A Call Centre agent is required for a market leading telecommunications provider, The role will be based within the Equipment Support department within Supply Chain. Full time.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
-Must be able to adapt quickly to a reactive environment
-Customer service experience required
-Must have a high level of accuracy
-Strong communication skills
-Good IT skills (you will be fully trained to use multiple systems)
-Must be able to work hours outlined above

This role involves:
-Handling calls from all areas of the business in relation to all aspects of the delivery services
-Managing and allocating stock orders for direct consumers and dealerships
-Carrying out reconciliation processes to ensure equipment is recovered to Supply Chain
-Creating and submitting claims to delivery partners to recover losses
-In depth investigative work on potential fraud cases relating the teams processes
-Analysis of insurance claims to ensure adherence
-The processing of return stock and account administration
-Liaising with other departments and 3rd parties relating to account charges and restrictions
-Delivering excellent customer service throughout
-All general administration
