Roles range from 3 month FTC's to permanent opportunities. Blue Arrow is representing a number of prestigious organisations operating successful contact centres.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- High Volume Inbound Call Handling
- Handling Customer Queries
- Occasional Complaint Management
- Using CRM to Update Customer Information
- Responding to Email Communications
- General Administrative Duties
- Meeting Assigned KPI's
- 12 Months Customer Service Experience
- Willingness to Work in Contact Centres
- Experience in Meeting and Exceeding KPI's
- Administrative Capability
