Restaurant Manager - Work/Life Balance - Near Chichester - £22k

A Restaurant Manager is required for this retail outlet in the Chichester area. The food is freshly made on site and they are looking for an experienced manager who has a passion for food and delivering excellent service. The Restaurant Manager will normally work 5 days out of 7 to include some weekends and the hours are usually during the daytime with evenings off.

Your main responsibilities as Restaurant Manager will include:
  • Hands on management of the restaurant and be customer focused at all times
  • To be a host of the outlet, making customers feel welcome and encouraging repeat business
  • Ensure profitability of the business and manage the F&B P&L
  • To drive the business forward
  • Able to step in the kitchen to support when needed
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver the correct standards
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
What you need to get the job:
  • Experience in Restaurant Management, particularly from a branded restaurant background
  • Good financial and commercial knowledge
  • A dedicated and passionate team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
