Restaurant Manager - Tidworth - £10.25p/h

A Restaurant and Bar Manager is required for a large Contract Catering company to run 2 outlets serving breakfast and lunch and the occasional evening function. The hours are predominantly Monday - Friday and during the daytime. Reporting to the site manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth of turnover and net operating profits by effectively leading their team to achieve the high standards of culinary and customer service expected of them.

The working hours are 37.5 per week, predominantly Monday to Friday daytime but occasional weekend and evening work will be required when there are functions.



Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Hands on management of the catering functions within the Mess
  • Team management to include recruitment, development and performance
  • Ensure all legal and mandatory training is carried out as required
  • To ensure all work place regulations are met including Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH
  • To create a platform for financial growth through effective management
  • To lead a team to deliver excellent customer service


Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Managerial experience within a similar role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proven commercial business performance
  • Ability to comply with Food Hygiene Legislation
  • Motivated and passionate about the industry
  • I.T Skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Full driving license
