Assistant Restaurant Manager - Retail outlet - Ferndown - £20,000


An Assistant Restaurant Manager is required for this high volume restaurant serving freshly cooked meals. They are looking for someone who wants to progress as the company is good at investing in people and at training. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will normally work 5 days out of 7 to include only every other weekend! The hours are usually during the daytime, with the latest finish time being 7.30pm.


Your main responsibilities as Assistant Restaurant Manager will include:
  • To assist in the management of the busy restaurant and be customer focused at all times
  • To be a host of the outlet, making customers feel welcome and encouraging repeat business
  • To drive the business forward
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver the correct standards
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
What you need to get the job:
  • Experience in Restaurant Management, particularly from a branded restaurant background
  • Good financial and commercial knowledge
  • A dedicated and passionate team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
