Excellent opportunity to work as an administrator for a busy call center based in Foleshill(Coventry).
Duties will involve issuing the letters, call handling, written communication,responding to enquires and complains and other administration tasks. 
Job role required proven experience in administration, excellent customer service experience, great attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
Two weeks of paid training provide prior to start. Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Job will start  in the middle of May. Possibility to get full time employment within the Company after probation period.
