We have an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a logistics company in Hams Hall. We are looking for a pro-active customer service/admin whizz to be the face of the company. Day to day the role will be to maintain and enhance the customers (The largest retailer in Birmingham) satisfaction and loyalty to our client by delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours & Pay

This role typically will consist of a 40 hour working week with occasional overtime when required.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm with an annual salary of £20,000

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Polite yet assertive attitude to work
- Can negotiate and adhere to set guidelines and timescales
- Can communicate at all levels including with external
- Great business acumen
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in training other staff (desirable)
- Networking skills

Due to the location of this role we would recommend that a driving licence and own transport would be required.
