Blue Arrow are looking for a part time Recruitment Coordinator to work alongside our Account Manager for one of our most prestigious clients based in Derbyshire.

We have been the lead supplier to a Manufacturing facility for nearly 10 years now, this has been down to our caring and dedicated service to both our employees and clients alike. We now need someone to work alongside the account manager to further enhance that service.

The role that we are looking to fill will entail

* Resourcing candidates, conducting interviews, skills testing.
* Payroll for the temporary work force.
* Conducting site tours and health & safety inductions.
* Liaising with team leaders and managers around their head count requirements.

We are looking for someone with a strong customer service ethos, a good multi tasker, good at building relationships at all levels, strong admin skills & computer literacy of a high level.

Ideally you will have access to your own transport as the site is based in Belper.

The position is part time, 16 hours per week, ideally that would be spread across 3 or 4 shifts, to incorporate Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.

There may be a need for these hours to increase to cover holidays during the course of the year, but this isn't essential.

We are hoping to make an appointment during January or February 2018.
