Blue Arrows client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy estates team located in Edinburgh. This role will start immediately and will last for up to on month.
Duties will include:-
- Providing comprehensive professional, business support within the team.
- Acting as first point of contact for all enquiries, by email, telephone etc and coordinating responses as appropriate
- Monitoring and actioning email requests into a central mailbox
- Effective diary management, ensuring matters dealt with in timely and professional manner
- Coordinating a variety of meetings, circulating papers for meetings, agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Raising and processing of purchase orders and payment of invoices using internal finance systems
The ideal candidate will have a Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. SharePoint would be desirable.
