Position: Incident Manager

Location: Northampton

Salary: £22,000 + 10% shift allowance

Type: Permanent - Full time

Must have:

  • Previous customer complaint experience.


  • Experience in call centre environment.


  • Able to capture information with accuracy.


  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.


  • Gain understanding through effective questioning.


  • Adhere to data protection laws.


  • Have the ability to prioritise your own work load.


Desirable:

  • Experience working in front line customer service.


  • Able to deal tactfully with a wide range of people.


  • Flexible can do attitude.


  • Strong IT skills.


  • Professional work ethic.


  • Willingness to learn.
