Blue Arrow is working with a client in Livingston who is looking for a short term Temporary Administration Assistant (Full-Time, Monday-Friday). 

As the successful candidate, you will be part of a proactive team providing full administrative support.

Duties:
  • Create reports on Excel
  • Data capturing
  • Issue quotes / Invoices 
  • Responding to emails and customer queries
  • General administrative tasks 

Requirements:

  • A good eye for detail is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the full range of MS software, including; Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently
