Blue Arrow is working with a client who is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator in Edinburgh. This is for a two month temporary assignment, to start as soon as possible. As the successful candidate, you will be part of a proactive team providing full Pension Administration support.


Duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the pension administration team settles benefits each month
  • Dealing with all UK employees and global employees
  • Assisting in implementing new administration practices
  • Assisting to set up new UK & ROI pension arrangements
  • Dealing with queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for leading the administration team

 
Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Good experience in coaching and relationship building
  • In-depth understanding of UK legislation affecting Occupational Pensions and statutory reporting
  • Comprehensive experience of dealing with external advisers
  • High levels of numerical skills
  • Good display of organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Pensions Administration Systems, Excel, MS word, PowerPoint
