2 x Full time temporary Area Customer service agents are required for a busy and varied opportunity that has arisen to work with our client within a National Rail Company.

You will be working as part of a team assisting travellers and dealing with the public on a day to day basis and ensuring their customer experience exceeds their expectations.

Due to the various locations you will be working from you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Shift Patterns:

You would work various shifts on any day of the week (5 days over 7) with shifts between earliest 0520 and latest 01.20hrs.

There may be a requirement to work weekends. 

Duties will include:


  • Dealing with Passengers enquires.
  • Operating the ticket barriers.
  • Complying with strict Health & Safety Guidelines and ensuring that procedures are adhered to.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Ensuring passenger's safety at all times.
  • Assisting in various locations around Glasgow & Lanarkshire

Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills being professional at all times.
  • Being able to work with the public in high volumes.
  • Flexible working hours able to work shifts.
  • Ability to retain information making sure to co-ordinate to the general public.

Starting hourly rate is £8.75 per hour and this increases to £15 once you have completed 12 weeks in the role.

This vacancy will be for a minimum 3 months starting from ASAP
