Blue Arrow are delighted to have the opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical distribution company, based in Belfast.

A vacancy has arisen for an organised, efficient and diligent individual to form an integral part of the administrative team. The ability to work upon your own initiative is absolutely paramount in this role.

Payroll experience is also essential in this role.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Processing all non trading invoices
  • Collating branch weekly key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Maintaining accurate PO records ensuring the costs are recorded against the correct cost code.
  • Checking off the monthly cost report for any input errors and ensuring all associated costs belong to the branch.
  • Ensure that relevant invoices are cross charged correctly.
  • Involvement in the recruitment process. For example; Letter writing, monitoring of application forms, chasing references, applying for CRB's, inputting data on relevant spread sheets. Placing advertisements both externally & internally.
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Ordering of branch supplies (stationary, uniform etc)
  • Dealing with any contractor / supplier invoice / order queries
  • Ensuring staff purchases are ordered and logged on the relevant spreadsheet and ensure that the money is banked on a regular basis. Statements are checked on a monthly basis and payments chased if necessary.
  • Involvement in HR process, such as inputting sick leave on the database
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

This role is varied and as such the training period will be 3 months. Upon successful completion of this period - the rate of pay will increase.
