THE ROLEWe are currently recruiting a team of
CALL CENTRE operators. As part of the Front-line team, you will be handling ALL INBOUND service enquiries via phone - customers will enquire about various services in regards to phone contracts from a leading supplier.
This role demands a high level of customer service - in addition to this you will be articulate in your organisation, efficient in your approach and engage with the customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
This is a temporary ongoing position with a veiw after probation to receiving a permanent contract.
Operating hours on site range between 8am and 9pm Mon to Fri / Sat 8am to 8pm Sun 10am to 6pm
2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OFF ARE GIVEN WEEKLY ON A FIXED SHIFT PATTERNNO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Just a warm and sincere personality and a strong work ethic to succeed.
