COMBINED ROLE :ANSWERING EMAILS FROM CUSTOMER

You will be working for a NATIONAL RAIL company.
We have an exciting opportunity for a team of administrators/inbound call centre operators. You will be representing a major brand which supports the transport industry.
This is a busy and varied position requiring a really good all-rounder who will enjoy a mix of typing, administration and customer services.

As a valued member of the team, you will get involved in all aspects of customer correspondence from responding to emails to creating letters of response for our customers.

To succeed as an Administrative/Call Centre Assistant , you will have:

*Some administrative experience
*MS Office skills and accurate typing
*Database experience
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Friendly, welcoming personality
*Proactive approach with initiative
*High attention to detail
*Excellent customer interaction skills


Hours : 5/7 Days work including weekends.
