Key Responsibilities as Marketing Manager
To design, implement and manage effective campaigns and all online activity
Provide strategic digital/SEO marketing planning
Responsible for optimising social, advertising and marketing campaigns along with website performance
Investigate opportunities and provide ideas for new, and improvements to:
Identify and deliver innovative ways to drive company growth in new customer acquisition, engagement and retention
Participate in data capture for product improvements and product releases.
Deliver high quality and effective multi-channel campaigns
Optimise and share best practice across all online activity
Analyse and report on trends, habits and behaviour of website visitors to identify opportunities and conversions.
Experience of working within budgets and delivering to targets
Responsible for achieving online sales targets.
Excellent understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
Experience with eCommerce (specifically in SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Digital display and social metrics)
Strong analytical skills and experience in CMS, Google Analytics and CRM platforms
Proven track record of delivering increased ROI
Strategy and customer focused, can prioritise and deliver scalable results
Excellent stakeholder management (building relationships, influencing, listening and managing expectations)
Excellent attention to detail to manage creative detail, copy and design
Proven in planning and strategic organisational skills
Desired - Degree educated (or equivalent) with the qualification(s) related to Marketing.
