I have a role based in Lincolnshire for a three month contract with the chance of going permanent. This will be working Monday and Tuesday, 15 hours a week. The main role will be to able to provide administrative support to the site.

The Role-

  • Provide general secretarial support to all staff on site if requested
  • Ensure all visitors to the site are welcomed and signed in and all the necessary arrangements for catering and meeting rooms are provided and necessary Health, Safety and Security information provided.
  • To be responsible for ordering and maintaining office and coffee room supplies
  • Ensure that invoice management is completed in a timely manner and track all invoices generated
  • Responsible for Dispatch tracking including cost per assignment
  • Support function leads with the coordination of external training on site and maintain training records for the site using the Aquinas database.
  • Support Site Co-ordinator and other line managers and employees on site with raising tickets in the Facilities Management Tool and track the tickets.


  • Knowledge of Easyprocure and Invoice Management system
  • Successfully working in an administrative role and supporting diverse teams
  • Negotiating with internal customers
  • Excellent communication skill at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy in all documentation and processes
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure high level of confidentiality
