Our Swindon based client are looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead a team of blended Sales Agents in a proactive call centre
Ensure your team deliver within set guidelines and regulations
Will be able to identify training/coaching requirements for all members of the team/department
Responsible for the training and coaching of your team
Ensure KPI's are set and are achieved by your team
Motivate and lead your team
Manage the team's performance at all times
Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise, including knowledge of products procedures, service, system and frameworks
Assist in MI reporting and administration as required
Promote positive customer perceptions continuously developing relationships aligned to values
Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer records to ensure continuity of sales and service for the customer.
Will be able to put forward ideas for continuous improvement of the team/department
Be flexible to the demands and needs of the role
Confidence in dealing with customer complaints

Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to lead a Sales Team and generate enthusiasm for sales in a motivational and competitive team environment
Experienced in outbound sales techniques
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and a positive contribution to a supportive team culture
Ability to demonstrate a flexible and co-operative approach towards changing business needs
Have a background in Insurance or Financial Services

Basic Salary up to £23k (Doe) + bonus
