An exciting opportunity has arisen to progress your career in Customer Services working within the Financial services industry. Development opportunities are available in this fast paced environment within the centre of Swindon.

Working shifts between 08.00 and 18.30pm Monday to Friday (example 08.00-16.30) and 1 Saturday in 4, 09.30-12.30

We're looking for people with a passion for customer service and the ability to deliver service excellence to our customers as first point of contact in this Financial services environment. The decisions our customers make can impact their future and we're here to help them get the right information in a clear and efficient manner.

You will receive calls from Customers and Financial Advisers and provide them with accurate information about the policies they hold with us. Most of your calls will be one and done and others of a more technical nature will be handed to our back office teams to action.

You must have:
  • A passion for customer service
  • Be able to deliver excellent service
  • Be able to demonstrate strong listening and language skills
  • Deliver accuracy and speed of service whilst building rapport
  • Be open, honest and trustworthy
  • Be able to maintain excellent timekeeping/shift adherence
  • Hold GCSE level C or above or equivalent exams in English & Maths
  • Pass a criminal check and a credit reference check
