Main Purpose of Role
The role of Account Manager is key to the management structure of all Guidant Group Accounts; fully dedicated and embedded within the customer, the Account Manager is directly responsible for developing and managing the customer relationship, managing and developing the account team and overseeing all aspects of operational account management



Key Responsibilities
  • Operational budgetary and P&L control


  • Activity forecast preparation and submission


  • Customer relationship development and management across key customer stakeholders


  • Escalation point for query and issue management and resolution


  • Account team coaching, management and development


  • Management and direction of service delivery to customer SLA and KPI requirements


  • Supply chain management and control in conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager


  • Support and drive appropriate sourcing methods and channels


  • Continuous service improvement and development


  • Management and control of quality and compliance requirements


  • Development of best practice and knowledge share across Guidant Group accounts


  • Invoice and debtor day management and control
