🏭 Factory Operatives - Craft, Glaze, Inspect, Load!

Location: Ripley

Shifts: Monday - Thursday

Hours: 7am-5pm (4-day week - 3-day weekend, yes please!)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

🔧 About the Role:

We're recruiting factory operatives across multiple departments - and the great part is, you'll get a tour of the site to see which role feels like the right fit for you! 👣

Here's a snapshot of the kinds of tasks you might be doing:

* Hand-glazing products with care and precision 🎨

* Operating machines in shaping or finishing departments ⚙️

* Loading and unloading trollies with materials or finished goods 📦

* Working in final inspection - checking quality and detail 👀

* Supporting general factory duties across the site

This is a fast-paced and physical environment, so you'll be on your feet and working with your hands throughout your shift.

⚠️ A Few Things to Note:

* The workplace can be dusty and warm, so it may not be suitable for people with certain conditions (e.g. asthma or skin sensitivity).

* Some departments are noisy and require ear protection - all PPE is provided.

* We'll invite you on a site tour before your first shift so you can get a real feel for the role.
